{"id":1366,"date":"2017-01-05T21:02:40","date_gmt":"2017-01-05T20:02:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carottesjaunestomatesroses.com\/?p=1366"},"modified":"2020-10-30T22:06:11","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T21:06:11","slug":"panna-cotta-vanille-ganache-chocolat-au-lait-et-coulis-banane-litchi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mintetmenthe.com\/index.php\/2017\/01\/05\/panna-cotta-vanille-ganache-chocolat-au-lait-et-coulis-banane-litchi\/","title":{"rendered":"Panna cotta vanille, ganache chocolat au lait et coulis banane litchi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 6 personnes:<\/p>\n<p>Pour la panna cotta:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>50 cL de cr\u00e8me fraiche liquide<\/li>\n<li>50g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la ganache au chocolat au lait:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>150g de chocolat au lait<\/li>\n<li>130 mL de cr\u00e8me fraiche liquide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour le coulis de banane:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>2 bananes<\/li>\n<li>100g\u00a0de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>3 cs de jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>2 cs d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9paration de la panna cotta:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire ramollir la g\u00e9latine dans de l&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer la cr\u00e8me avec le sucre et la vanille jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer du feu et ajouter la g\u00e9latine, et bien remuer.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans des ramequins et faire prendre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant quelques heures.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9paration de la ganache mont\u00e9e:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer la cr\u00e8me dans une casserole jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>La verser sur le chocolat et bien remuer pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser.<\/p>\n<p>Filmer au contact et laisser au frais pendant quelques heures.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la ganache bien refroidie, la monter en chantilly. La r\u00e9server dans une poche \u00e0 douille.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9paration du\u00a0coulis de banane:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Couper les bananes en morceaux et les faire cuire doucement dans une casserole avec\u00a0le jus de citron et l&#8217;eau.
