{"id":1378,"date":"2017-01-29T14:53:03","date_gmt":"2017-01-29T13:53:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carottesjaunestomatesroses.com\/?p=1378"},"modified":"2020-10-19T13:18:14","modified_gmt":"2020-10-19T11:18:14","slug":"biscuits-aux-flocons-davoine-pralin-et-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mintetmenthe.com\/index.php\/2017\/01\/29\/biscuits-aux-flocons-davoine-pralin-et-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Biscuits aux flocons d&#8217;avoine, pralin et chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour une dizaine de biscuits:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>120g de flocons d&#8217;avoine<\/li>\n<li>40g de sucre complet<\/li>\n<li>40g de pralin (ou poudre d\u2019amande, de noisette&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>70g de farine<\/li>\n<li>4 cs de lait<\/li>\n<li>100g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>100g de chocolat, ici noir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le beurre, le sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une pommade.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite les flocons d&#8217;avoine, le lait, la farine et le pralin. Bien m\u00e9langer et laisser reposer une heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Faire ensuite des petites boules de p\u00e2te et les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Aplatir avec la paume de la main.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire une quinzaine\u00a0de minutes dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Laisser ensuite refroidir les biscuits.<\/p>\n<p>Faire fondre le chocolat au bain-marie.<\/p>\n<p>Sur une feuille de silicone ou une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, d\u00e9poser des petits tas de chocolat (du meme diam\u00e8tre que les biscuits).
