{"id":1917,"date":"2020-05-16T16:22:07","date_gmt":"2020-05-16T14:22:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mintetmenthe.com\/?p=1917"},"modified":"2020-05-16T16:22:07","modified_gmt":"2020-05-16T14:22:07","slug":"gelee-de-fleurs-dacacia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mintetmenthe.com\/index.php\/2020\/05\/16\/gelee-de-fleurs-dacacia\/","title":{"rendered":"Gel\u00e9e de fleurs d&#8217;acacia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je vous propose ici de pr\u00e9parer une gel\u00e9e poss\u00e9dant un doux parfum, rappelant celui du miel d&#8217;acacia.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, il vous faut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des fleurs d&#8217;acacia (j&#8217;ai pour ma part ramasser suffisamment de fleurs pour remplir un tote bag en tissu)<\/li>\n<li>De l&#8217;eau (il m&#8217;a fallu 3L),<\/li>\n<li>Du sucre pour confiture: 1kg par litre d&#8217;infusion,<\/li>\n<li>Le jus de deux citrons,<\/li>\n<li>3 gousses de vanilles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les fleurs d&#8217;acacia, en laissant les opercules, mais en \u00e9liminant bien les feuilles.<\/p>\n<p>Les rincer \u00e0 l&#8217;eau froide, puis les placer dans une marmite ou une cocotte.<\/p>\n<p>Recouvrir d&#8217;eau et faire chauffer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Arr\u00eater le feu, et laisser infuser environ une heure.<\/p>\n<p>Filtrer l&#8217;infusion, et mesurer le volume.
