Vous avez besoin de 500g de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e pour r\u00e9aliser une tarte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 mL de lait frais entier<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<li>40g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>3 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>8g de farine<\/li>\n<li>8g de ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>80g de chocolat dulcey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la cr\u00e8me d&#8217;amande:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>135g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>160g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li>120g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>20g de ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>le zeste de 2 oranges<\/li>\n<li>80g d\u2019\u00e9corces d\u2019orange ou citron confites coup\u00e9es en petits morceaux<\/li>\n<li>20g de chocolat dulcey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire bouillir le lait avec les grains de vanille. Le verser sur le chocolat dulcey hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un r\u00e9cipient, faire blanchir le m\u00e9lange sucre et jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs. Ajouter les farines. Verser le lait chocolat\u00e9 sur ce m\u00e9lange et mettre sur le feu jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement de la cr\u00e8me. Filmer au contact et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e8me d&#8217;amande:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le beurre pommade, le sucre, la poudre d&#8217;amande, la ma\u00efzena, les jaunes d&#8217;oeufs, les zestes, et les \u00e9corces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e8me frangipane:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re et la cr\u00e8me d&#8217;amande.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9alisation de la tarte:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Abaisser la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e et d\u00e9couper 2 cercles de 24 cms environ.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le premier cercle, verser la cr\u00e8me frangipane en faisant attention de laisser un bord de 2 cms sans cr\u00e8me.
