R\u00e9alis\u00e9e en fouettant 20cL de cr\u00e8me et 100g de mascarpone, et ajout de 2cs de sucre glace lorsque la cr\u00e8me commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir).<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n\u2019avez pas de sirop d\u2019orange tout pr\u00eat \u00e0 disposition, il vous faut en pr\u00e9parer en faisant chauffer \u00e0 feu doux le jus d\u2019orange et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une consistance sirupeuse.<\/p>\n<p>Couper finement des tranches d\u2019orange et les disposer au fond d\u2019un moule \u00e0 manquer beurr\u00e9. Verser le sirop par dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Battre les \u0153ufs avec le sucre, incorporer le mascarpone, l&#8217;huile, la farine, et le bicarbonate.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire environ 30\/35 minutes.
