{"id":3407,"date":"2021-04-14T17:56:49","date_gmt":"2021-04-14T15:56:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mintetmenthe.com\/?p=3407"},"modified":"2021-04-14T17:56:49","modified_gmt":"2021-04-14T15:56:49","slug":"brioche-au-petit-lait","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mintetmenthe.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/14\/brioche-au-petit-lait\/","title":{"rendered":"Brioche au petit lait"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour une brioche:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>450g de farine<\/li>\n<li>30cL de petit lait<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>40g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>20g de levure fraiche<\/li>\n<li>40g + 40g de beurre de beurre<\/li>\n<li>du sucre complet<\/li>\n<li>2 cc de fleur d\u2019oranger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Verser tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le bol du robot et p\u00e9trir pendant 10 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien homog\u00e8ne et ne colle plus aux rebords du bol.<br \/>\nLaisser lever pendant 1 heure.<br \/>\nD\u00e9gazer puis diviser en 4 p\u00e2tons.
